Though it’s always super-busy around Christmas, I always get an itch to make stuff—whether it’s treats for my family, or handmade cards and tags to go with my gifts. If you’re like me, and you’re itching to scrapbook but don’t have a lot of time, we can help! Here are a couple of tools to get you started on your holiday layouts—and hopefully save you a little bit of time, too!
1. Need a sketch to get you started? Try these five.
They’re perfect for creating fast pages with lots of photos and just a few embellishments like this one by Suzy Plantamura:
2. Looking for that perfect quote for your Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa layouts? Here are 25 of them for you to download from our December 2009 issue. They’re beautifully designed and ready for you to print out, trim, and adhere to your layout.
3. Want to send an album of Christmas morning home with Grandma and Grandpa? After you download these nine Quick Pages by Tiffany Tillman, add your photos and journaling to them using your photo-editing software. Then just print out your pages and insert them in a mini album.
We’re wishing you all the best with your holiday preparations and festivities, dear scrapbooking friend. Have a wonderful Christmas!
