When I got my copy of Creative Spaces with Megan Hoeppner, I dashed through the pages trying to see all the colorful pretty spaces of other scrappers. After the initial round of, “Wow, that’s CLEVER!” and “Why didn’t I think of that!” I went back in one page at a time and took in the details.
I saw the various ways to store ribbons, papers, scraps, stamps, paints, punches and more. There was an idea for every budget and every size of collection for every size of space. I was reassured that if my ribbon bins are already full and I don’t have room for a new bin, I could get a multi- hook drying rack, attach it to the wall or behind the door and hang the extra spools from it, just like Megan Hoeppner did.
Changing your organization style can not only accommodate more supplies, but also give it better visibility. Kelly Purkey simply turned her bins into shadow boxes for her wood-mounted stamps. It lets you see what you have plus doubles as cool studio décor.
