Creative Spaces Conclusion

Yeehaw! What a week it’s been. We’ve been welcomed inside readers’ homes to see their spaces. (Thanks so much to all who sent links to their rooms/spaces.)

We’ve peeked inside our new special issue, Creative Spaces, and found DIY storage and organization ideas, as well as a look at some of the rooms on display. And, best of all, we’ve heard amazing feedback from you on what your organization issues and interests are. Thanks a bunch for all of the comments you’ve been leaving. We love reading what’s on your mind.

Before we wrap this shindig up, I thought I’d share a look at a few more reader-submitted rooms. These spaces are so inspiring. Let’s take a look inside!

No, you’re not in a scrapbook store. This is actually Brianna Johnson’s space. Aren’t her shelves full of fun? Meander around the rest of her incredible space.

Don’t have a full room devoted to scrapbooking? No problem. Take a look at how Heather Beagle manages to store her scrap stash in various areas around her home.

Look at Kimber McGray’s sunshiny room. What a lovely place to sit and create each day! Get the full tour.

Mary Jo Rhoda has to be the luckiest gal around. Her hubby transformed a rundown sun porch into a scrapbooking tree house with a view. See more of this Swiss Family Robinson-esque space.

Click here to see all the color and the various container options Sabrina Ropp uses in her happy creative space.

Wow! So many great ideas!

To conclude this Creative Spaces spectacular, I thought I’d share a live television segment I did with Studio 5 yesterday, promoting the issue. It includes a look at more rooms, some fun behind-the-scenes info, and a look at a variety of storage and décor projects featured in the issue. I hope you’ll take a minute to kick back, relax, and push play.

CK editor, Joannie McBride, joined me at the studio. Here's a look at what we set up. Lots of cute stuff!

Thanks for being a part of this release party. We hope you had as much fun talking craft rooms and organization as we did.  And be sure to use the code SPACESBB at checkout for free shipping when you order your issue in our online store.

As with every other post this week, comment here for a chance to win the following Creative Spaces grand prize, which includes products from each of the amazing manufacturers featured in this issue (Bella Blvd, Fancy Pants Designs, Glitz Design, Hambly Screen Prints, Lawn Fawn, Little Yellow Bicycle, My Cute Stamps, My Mind’s Eye, Nikki Sivils, Paper Crafts magazine, Prima, Stampin’ Up!, Studio Calico, Teresa Collins Designs, Unity Stamp Co.). Wowza! Now that’s a good prize. I hope YOU win it.

Megan Hoeppner, creative editor
