Happy National Scrapbooking Day 2012 from your friends at Creating Keepsakes magazine! We’ve had a lot going on around here lately, and we want to make sure you don’t miss a thing, so here is a recap of the National Scrapbooking Day festivities going on around here. Our theme is scrapbooking around the house, and each day we’ve visited a different room for a variety of scrap-alicious activities! There are lots of prizes and giveaways up for grabs. Entries are due at 9:00 am (MDT) Monday, May 7, so be sure to enter right away.

Can’t believe I did not scrap yesterday! To many events goings on in our community and I was needed as a volunteer. Good cause! However today I am organizing my craft room. Items from CKC still everywhere. Reward : I will load my my new CTMH Philosophy cricut cartridge onto my gypsy and play!
I was able to scrap all day at my LSS with some wonderful people. Awesome day!
I was grateful to get 2 days of cropping on NSD. There were only 5 people with me however we wore sombreros and ate tacos and even watched the Kentucky Derby during our scrapbooking! It was Memorable!!
I scrapped both Friday and Saturday at my favorite local scrapbook store “A Scrappers & Stampers Delight” Boise, ID. Sadly this may be my last crop with them for awhile as their lease is up and they have to find another location or pack it in. I certainly hope they are successful in finding a new location! I am already looking forward to next years NSD and it won’t be the same without them! Great prizes, great make-in-takes spent with Great FRIENDS!
