For those of us with creative juices running through our veins, paper crafting is always a cause for celebration, and so, in 2009, Close To My Heart deemed January as National Papercrafting Month, which gives us another great reason to spend days crafting fabulous projects—and, for 2013, making adorable valentines that will be the envy of the neighborhood.
