Spring: I love when the first early spring flowers start popping up (I have some iris already showing). The smell of mowed grass, and general cleansing of the house, just by opening windows for fresh brezes to come through. Being able to run out without layering of clothes.

    Great question for comments

  3. I am looking forward to spring so that I can take my grandsons to the park. They love playing outside, but living in Seattle it is raining most of the winter with gray skies. I love their smiling faces and the pictures I get to take of them being so happy. Plus we love going to the zoo when all the animals are outside and not hiding. Also I love that spring is so fresh smelling. Especially when I walk under my lilac bush. I got it years ago as a little bush from my grandma’s house and it smells wonderful every year. tfs Tami

Warmer weather = more outdoor activity = more fun time with the grandchildren and family in general = more pictures = more Scrapbooking! What more could I ask for?

Also, I love Easter when granddaughters and grandsons dress up for church in their newly bought outfits that Gramm bought for pictures. Then all the pictures when it is time for the Easter egg hunt. Lovely times!

Living in Minnesota makes spring feel so wonderful. As a matter of fact it is my favorite season. I love watching the snow turn to green grass and the buds start forming on the trees. Not to mention the opportunity to start getting my hands in the dirt deciding what to put in the garden and where it should go. Since I live in an apartment I do container gardening and can get quite creative with the containers and placement. I love that the ice melts on the Mississippi River and the water begins to flow again. All of this bringing new life to my little corner of the world. Birds chirping, squirrels nudging, fish jumping, trees and flowers blooming, all is like everything coming back to life.
