This year has been a big year for our family. My oldest son is a Senior in high school and much too soon will be a graduate. I have been doing my best to document this important year and all of the many events and changes that have occurred. I think boys are a bit of challenge to document at this age because they are often apart from you and tend to not take very many pictures! I take as many photos as I am allowed(!) when he and his friends are around. The one place I can count on grabbing photos from is Facebook, Instagram and occasionally his phone.
When I think back to my high school years, music is a big part of my memories. My friends and I had our favorite groups and certain songs still remind me of special moments in my life. For Max’s Senior Album I decided to include a page of his top ten playlist. I hope he enjoys looking back this someday and sparking his memory to some long lost favorite tunes.
I think creating a scrapbook page like this for anyone in your family or even yourself would be a fun way to document the music in your life. To help you get started I have created five journaling cards that you can download and use on your page or other projects. Enjoy and Rock on!
