Capture your Memories with CK Events this Summer

Annette Hardy, Event Coordinator

Things are heating up around here; the signs of summer are all around us. Don’t let all of the  busyness and to-do lists of the summer season get you down, drop those kiddies off at the pool and plan some  much needed “You” time.  Get out with your friends, escape for the day or rejuvenate your well-being with a little creative therapy. Whether you are a scrapbooker, card maker, love party planning or just plain need a creative break, we have just what you need with an event to suit your style.

(CKC) Creating Keepsakes Conventions is a great way to spend a weekend with friends enjoying shopping, classes, crops and fun. There are make & takes on the show floor, hourly prize drawings, dozens of classes to choose from, and miles of smiles from new friends to meet. All of this, plus Thursday album classes and four different crops to choose from. Or why choose? Go to all of them, this weekend is about you after all! Creating Keepsakes Conventions has 20 different locations this year, so check out our new website for one near you.

(CKU) Creating Keepsakes University is a three day exclusive event designed for the scrapbooking enthusiast. Your CKU registration includes 8 classes and projects, amazing goodies and prizes, fun-filled crops, A La Carte classes, and so much more! You will complete two albums over the weekend, as well as an array of core classes from experts in the industry. Some classes include Scrapbooking with Stamping, Designer Tapes 10 ways, a gorgeous home décor hinged project, and interactive cards.

The fun doesn’t stop there! we have also included a canvas project and a stylized jewelry piece you will adorn. Top that off with crops, prizes, goodies, new friends and even more inspiration than you can shake a stick at. I would call that a pretty amazing way to spend a summer weekend.

For more information on Creating Keepsakes University and the A La Carte Classes that are available even if you can’t be a student for the full CKU event, be sure to check out www.creatingkeepsakes.com/cku and register today!
