National Scrapbooking Day Challenge: Decorative Tape

What a fun day! We hope you’ve enjoyed spending the day with us as much as we’ve enjoyed sharing this time with you! Here’s one last  scrapbook challenge.

For this final challenge we want you to create an accent using decorative tape and include the embellishment on a layout. Here’s an article on CK.com that shows an example of what we are looking for:

Jeannie (blue) says: Instead of a flower I used this technique for a tree top with bits of a 2nd tape for fruit/flowers. For this LO I used: EP Springtime papers, UmWow Studio Layered Chipboard triangles, Peebles felt cloud, MME stamp, Stickles & unknown brand of Washi tape.

    The big box for CK arrived today. Thank you so much for all the wonderful goodies. Everything in it is a new to me item, several are brands I’ve yet to try and other items, such as the circle punch, anywhere punch and edge/ribbon maker are tools I’ve been drooling over. My DD is going to be haggling w/me over which items she can have. :D
