What a fun day! We hope you’ve enjoyed spending the day with us as much as we’ve enjoyed sharing this time with you! Here’s one last scrapbook challenge.
For this final challenge we want you to create an accent using decorative tape and include the embellishment on a layout. Here’s an article on CK.com that shows an example of what we are looking for:
Time for a giveaway!
And remember to come back and post a comment with a link to your scrapbook layout. One lucky winner will be selected to receive this grand prize full of scrapbooking products!
***Please note: Because some of you had issues uploading your image, anyone who left a comment in the post was eligible for the giveaway.
Congratulations to our winner!
Jeannie (blue) says: Instead of a flower I used this technique for a tree top with bits of a 2nd tape for fruit/flowers. For this LO I used: EP Springtime papers, UmWow Studio Layered Chipboard triangles, Peebles felt cloud, MME stamp, Stickles & unknown brand of Washi tape.
Watch for an email in your inbox with instructions on how to redeem your prize.
Grand prize: Just leave a comment here by 9:00 am (Mountain Standard Time) Monday, May 6, 2013 for a chance to win a selection of products from the following manufacturers: BasicGrey, Close To My Heart, Clearsnap, Die Cuts With a View, Echo Park Paper, Elmer’s, Faber-Castell, Fresh Squeezed Stamps, Fiskar Americas, Gel-à-tins stamps, Glitz Designs, Jillibean Soup, Lawn Fawn, Martha Stewart Crafts, Paper Smooches, Sizzix, Stampin’ Up!, We R Memory Keepers, Westcott, Xyron, and Creating Keepsakes.
Important contest note: We apologize, but due to increased shipping costs Creating Keepsakes is no longer shipping prizes outside the US. But we definitely don’t want our international winners to walk away empty handed. If your shipping address is outside the US and your comment is selected, you’ll receive a one-year subscription to Creating Keepsakes magazine. If you’re an existing subscriber, your subscription will extend. Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks for stopping by. Thanks for making this a great National Scrapbook Day!
