Head down to your local antique store in search of the perfect scrap-journal; you will be surprised at the affordable and completely unique options that speak to you. Old ledgers or address books offer a blank slate perfect for any size project.
Look for antique books that are already split into sections, either alphabetical or numerical, this will make any scrap-journal less daunting as you arrange your pages by date, family member, or event within individual sections.
