How to get the look:

Wendy’s tips:

  • Iron fabric stabilizer (available from your local fabric shop) to the material to stiffen it, making it easier to write and stamp on.
  • Fine-tipped pens or markers work best for writing on fabric because they release less ink, which means there is less ink to spread through fabric fibers as a “feathered” or “bleeding” look.
  • Don’t worry about the ink on the fabric looking perfect-imperfection is part of its charm.
